Jean Allison Olson

Recorder, Early Music

Jean Allison Olson teaches recorder to students of all ages. Her passion is music history, especially music from before 1750. She owns Honeysuckle Music which specializes in early music and chamber music.  She provides the sheet music for the shop at The SPCM.

Jean is on the board for the Twin Cities Recorder Guild, a part of the American Recorder Society.

Education: BA, Bethel College; Graduate Studies in musicology, University of Minnesota
